Best Price Guarantee

We want you to know that you will get the best price at The Instrument Store. We are authorized dealers for every product we sell. If you find a lower advertised priced from any other U.S. authorized dealer, call us and let us know. We'll beat any competitive price by 10%, subject to verification. Please contact us and have the competitor's advertisement available for our representative. We'll verify the pricing and product description, brand name, availability and product details. Some manufacturer's do not allow us to participate in this program and are excluded from this guarantee. Please ask a sales representative for details or contact us by email. Advertised items must be factory-sealed new product. We cannot include demonstration models, "B" Stock or factory seconds, used items, sale items, discontinued merchandise, or Closeout items. Items must be in-stock, advertised, and verifiable on the web or in a local or national paper, magazine, or catalog by an authorized dealer.

 

Sales Tax

We are located in the State of New York and therefore we do not collect sales tax for all other states. We are required to collect sales tax for items purchased in our retail store or ordered online or by telephone and shipped to the State of New York only. As with all purchases from every merchant, you may be required to submit sales tax to your individual state. Please check your local codes.

 

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders placed over $99 which are shipped to the contiguous 48 United States. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, Canada, Mexico and all other International locations will incur a shipping charge. We have to do this because the shipping charges to these locations are much, much higher than the US48 and cannot be absorbed in our extremely competitive prices. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Also, some heavy weight or large items may be excluded from our Free Ground Shipping Offer and this will be noted on the listing. In some cases we may need to adjust your invoice if our automatic checkout system does not calculate shipping costs as described here. We will notify you of any errors before submitting your payment.

 

Methods of Payment

Online orders can be paid for with VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Cards. We also accept Paypal payments to a verified address. We can only ship to the address which is also the billing address for your credit card. For large purchases we may call you for verification and may also ask you to submit our credit card authorization document for large purchases. We accept credit cards and cash payments in our retail store.
